Return Process

Upon delivery, please carefully check your sweets for any signs of damage or errors in the items received.
- 2.Contact Our Team
Email our customer service within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
- 3.Await Authorization
Our team will review your claim and provide a return authorization code and instructions if a return or refund is warranted.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once your claim is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement sugar-free.
